Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: All our sweaters are true to size. If it doesn't fit for whatever reason, simply email us at hello@flyingpointapparel.com, and we'll process an exchange. 

Q: What if I wish to return the sweater?
A: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  Refunds or exchanges are hassle-free for any unused item sent back within 30 days of purchase. Simply email us at hello@flyingpointapparel.com with your order number and intention (exchange or return), mail back the sweater to us using the address on the original label, and we will send you the exchange or issue a refund within 3 business days. 

Q: How do we care for the sweater?
A: Dry cleaning is always preferred, but when not available, cold wash in gentle cycle or cold hand wash. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach. Iron collar if needed.
