We have made our exchanges and returns process as smooth and straightforward as possible. 30-Day Guarantee
FlyingPoint Apparel offers a free 30-day window for returns and exchanges starting from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t provide a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

All original tags and packaging should be intact.

Proof of purchase (like your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
If the item shows signs of wear or damage not caused by us, we may only be able to offer a partial refund or store credit.

Wrong size? No problem!

Exchanges at FlyingPoint Apparel are free within 30 days of your purchase.

Easy Returns
If you decide that your Flying Point Apparel item isn’t quite right for you, we’re here to help. While exchanges are free, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their return back to us. Here’s how the process works:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirming its arrival and status.

If approved, we’ll issue a full refund to your original form of payment within a few business days.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our products, but if you receive an item that’s damaged or defective, please email us at hello@flyingpointapparel.com right away. We’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. No hassles.
